What is the best nav/headunit. Not for the money, just the best one out there. Which one would that be?

If your talking something that does more than plays cd's beautifully...

I always support Eclipse whether you are on a mega budget or if you want all out options

 

I went with the Avic-Z1.

I don't have any complaints.

Alright...thanks pioneer guys. I just went out and bought a Z2, next gen Z1. Also bought the sirius radio adapter, and got an 80 GB Ipod.

(also got 2 pair of 5-7 in speakers for the doors and rear deck lid, and a 10 inch sub for the trunk, and two amps. Not bad

 

is there any reason why the Eclipse or Kenwood head units would be any better than pioneer. I love the car diagnostics that pioneer has, i dont think the other head units will do that. Also the processor is real fast on the pioineer Z2.

I would of went the Z1 route over the Z2.

Do they even have a dvd bypass for the Z2 yet?
