nope, that system is so you can plug amp3 player into a ford factory deck according to the discription:
Enjoy maximum possible sound quality when you play your portable music through your Ford's factory radio. USA SPEC's DF-FORD20 adapter lets you connect your portable music player directly to your compatible 1996-up Ford factory radio. Just plug the adapter cable into your radio's CD changer input, mount the interface box, and you're ready to listen to your tunes.

You'll want the Metra 95-5026.
It's got two wiring plugs...one plug has all the wiring for power, speakers, light, memory, etc. The other will be for the amps. Splice the wires labeled "Amp Turn On" into the Ignition wire on the aftermarket unit's harness. Splice the wires labeled "Ground" to...well, the ground wire.
The third plug on the factory harness won't be used. Don't worry about that.
