Wassup everyone? I got an amp that pushing about 50x4watts rms and I blew my speakers, well two of them. The ones that blew were actually aftermarket ones, but they were cheap and sucked. I need four good speakers to handle the power. I need good bass response(for the rap music) and good mids and highs(for the R&B). I'm going to replace them a set a time. Should I got with 3-ways for the front and 2-ways for the rear or what? Thanks in advance........................

 

Go with 4 ways for the rear (they'll give you bass and treble) and then some 2 ways for the fronts so you can have good mids and highs, then definately get some tweeters so you can get crisp high sounds... I had just the 4 speakers in my car and 2 12" subs and it wasnt enough, too much bass and no music. I invested in some kicker tweeters and they deffinately set my whole system apart. They were just what i needed and they sound awesome, one of the best investments I made..
