Preal, Seight 311, now I understand what ttocs & hiss was saying this guy does not understand you cant have both its either SPl or SQ. I guess that is one reason why I rarely post up here.

i know you can wire 2 ohm down to 1 ohm whats the difference which should i get???

keep in mind if you tune it that high (around 50-60 hz) you can damage the sub(s) if you play regular music. not SPL test tones. so if you get somethin burpin around 25-30 Hz on your CD player you might blow somethin. if its not a strict comp set up just tune it around 30Hz.

you can tune a single box multiple times. no need to build more boxes. take a couple days to build one quality box, and work on the tuning the next few days.
You might want to clarify your self a little, but it is a bad idea to play frequencies well below your tuning frequency.

I have never heard anyone port a box intentionally to 50-60hz in a car that they drive....

If you want SPL with a little SQ go with around 35hz. If you want better SQ, the closer you get to 30 hz the better.

so for a system in a car that i dive and listen to daily i want it to beat im gonna go with 33 hz
