Default Rear speakers

I just purchased new speakers pioneer ts-g6842r 6x8 speakers for the rear of my 2001 mustang v6, coupe. 180w
How do I put in the rear? I was told that I would have to take the rear seat out, and it would be a pain. I would like to know how others have done it. Thank you.

if you don't have the mach system then yes it is a pain. You will need to remove the top part of the back seat, the c-pillars and then you can remove the top cover. When you remove the speakers, mount them from the bottom rather then from the top(how you took them out) so that you will not have to do that again.

or your second option is to take them back and get a good front stage and leave the rear empty unless you really really care about your rear passengers listening pleassure..
