I can't see anyone jizzing themselves over some fosgate subs. Don't get me wrong, they aren't complete junk. It's not like they're JLW5s or Cerwin Vegas. I never said to buy new overpriced junk either.

 

It's cool, I'm happy with how they sound and am sure they sound better than the 10's I had in there before.

With 3 bills we could have you rocking something fierce. You already bought the subs though? pair of 13Ov.2's ported would have had you wanging clean, clear and hard, or maybe some SDC2.5's???

and used isn't bad, just be careful who you buy from. All my audio has been second hand, and has been excellent.

Oh, an amp! that pdx1.6 isn't a bad amp, just leaves you with little headroom. I would get something with a little more capability.

 

I just got back from the shop and the subs sound great. I'm sure I could've probably gotten something better for a cheaper price but all and all I'm very happy.

 

That's what matters most isn't it? When it comes down to it, you just have to be happy with your decision. Seight, do you have some kind of grudge against JL Audio or something?

 

i want speak for seight but sorry to tell you that jl/rf/cv are all of the same quality. There nothing else but half *** audio with a high *** price tag. Cerwin hell i havent heard of anyone using them in years (since they stopped making the REAL stroker). Usually the only people that swear by jl and alike brandsare people thathave already sunk 1000's into a **** system and now have no choice but to defend there purchase.

 

Well, you are wrong. The last time I had JLs, I only had $1200 in the entire system including the head unit. Oh, btw it hit 149db. I don't have to defend it. If you don't like it, I don't give a damn. I guess you also think BOSS and Pyramid are top notch equipment. Shove it biotch.

people here don't see the value in JL, it is a big can of worms on here and not worth the fight man. trust me...
