Has anyone else seen the new ED woofers from the blog. They are going to replace the OV2 series and are pure sexiness. It looks like they havea standard TC sounds basket and magnet with a carbon fiber cone.

ED will more then likely try to say it is thier design, but that is garbage. The woofers look amazing though. I might want to try one out...

O M G........ That is the first time I have heard anyone say anything bad about ED on here. I think that is grounds for banning on here......

What was wrong with them?

 

THe 6500's weren't even a Ed product. THey are basically CDT HD's with a couple of minor changes. I've heard that the minor changes made a pretty big impact on overall sound. I'd be curious to the power they recieved.

 

I like eDs stuff,just thought the comps were flat and blah,to each his own....
I have a set of ADS's 346s in my truck I picked up last year that just about smoked every
comp I have ever owned(and it there were quite a few) Now ADS goes under the PPI brand name
and they sell for around 300 bucks,no one uses them much but they PWN....If your looking
for a great set of comes I would check em out

I wanna see the new e9.65i's.

New cones are sexy, definatly. I like the 12 spoke design paired up with the new cones. I assume and hope they are putting the same badge thats on the 13Av2 on the "e5's".
