HI! I just wanted to know what does the button on the cd player that says "compress" mean... I've looked everywhere even tried the search thing here with no results... if anyone knows thanks.

No idea you looked in the owners manual. Normally they have a section where they have a picture of the radio and what all the buttons do with arrows.

I think it was called a digital compression of some BS like that. I can't explain it other then I would sound better one some songs then it would on others.
