I have a JL Audio 1000.1 amp powering my 2 JL Audio 10W6's and my brother decided to screw around with the amp and now everything all f*cked up. Anyone know what the freq. and boost settings should be at????

 

Turn all you're **** so the indicator is eather straight up or down (middle). Since you're running subs close everything and sit in the car. How does it sound? More bass?, go back and turn up you're bass boost, then go sit in you're car. Also if the amp has a built in cross-over make sure its set to LFP (Low Frequency Pass).

 

Not sure what else you are running, but I found this on JL website. It shows recommended basic settings for a 500.1
