Just bought my new stang and tried to activate my sirius sat. Sirius said to tune the radio to chanel 184 and i should have some audio. I have no control over the radio when in sat. mode. Therefor cant tell if its on 184 and i have no audio. They tried multiple times to send the signal with no luck. Tried pulling fuse to reset radio with no luck. Sirius said to take the car back to the dealer, but i dont have time for that. any suggestions??

 

First of all I know its a dumb question but I have to ask it are you outside with the car, when you tried to activate it?

What displays on the radio when you hit the sat button? (No signal, no antenna deteched)
