Default New System = Rattle

I just got a new system with amp, and subs in the trunk. Now my car rattles, it is annoying! What should I do? How much will this cost to do?

you need to first find out what is rattling and then you can make it stop. Crank it up and take a trip around the car and push/pull on each panel that you think is making noise until you isolate it. After that there are a number of different ways from adding damping mat to foam.

Ttocs has it right. Turn i up, and walk around the car, find something that rattles and fix it. Then find the next rattle! I've given up on mine, there is always another rattle! Just take care of the major ones.

Also, you can just dynamat the whole car...pull off the door panels. pull out the carpet...etc...but most likely vibrations will still reach other things in the car. I noticed you have a body kit installed. Likely the side skirts are just installed with 3m tape and the hood may not be aligned perfectly on the perches etc... just finding these little things can help a lot.

How much does dynamat cost? Also the rattle comes from the door and the rear of the car. So I guess I am going to take it one step at a time.

look into a brand called 2nd skin before the dynamat. Their entry level stuff is the same as the extreme only costs less $$$
