Default CD Player

So just got my 03 GT about 2 weeks ago the radio and speakers work fine but it won't let me load any CD's. It comes up as a CD Error every time I try to load a CD no matter what slot its in. The way it looks I will just end up having to buy a new CD player. So is it better to replace it with the same MACH cd player or just go to like a Bestbuy and buy a decent one there? I really like the 6 disc in-dash and I'm big on having good sound quality so.........any thoughts??

I go aftermarket, dont waste your time with replacing the mach radio with a new mach radio that will just go out a year from now. An aftermarket radio will give you more room to upgrade(sat radio, ipod, etc) and also get alot better sound quailty. You will be able to just intergate the factory mach system, with the correct wiring harness.

Its not like it is hard to intergate or bypass the mach systems.

Hey where is that ::::Thumbs up:::: button on the keyboard?

My keyboard does have that button.

See here the cd error problem is not just a mustang headuit problem, ford does use that same headunit in there other cars/trucks not just the mustangs. So when you classified it a mach stereos I think the whole mach systems. Sorry. My Bad.
