Default Need system advice

I have the stock Mach system in my 99 GT. It sounds great for being stock, but I would like a bit more thump. I am not sure how the Mach system is setup. What is necessary to hook up a couple of 10s in the trunk? I assume the Mach system has a couple of amplifiers. Any ideas?

Your best bet is to get another amp to run the 10s. I got a 1000 watt amp running two 12s.
The amps mounted in the top of your trunk wont put out the power you need..

What about one 10" in the trunk? Will the amps handle that? I don't want much, just a little extra thump.

As far as the link regarding the MACH 460 Datalink project, I don't think that will work on mine.

I have a factory looking radio/tape deck with the CD unit underneath. I don't have a 6 disc changer.

I assume each speaker is powered by one amp? How does Ford have it set up? Rear speakers each take their own amp? The two rear run off an amp?
