Default Headlights...

Alright this is going to get a little bit confusing so anyone who can help please do...

I bought aftermarket dual halo projectors for my car and when I had them installed, the person spliced into my wires to connect the halos. I now removed the projector headlights and put my stock headlights back on.
I just put a HID kit on my stock headlights but since that wire was spliced, my headlights are not getting full power to keep up with the HID kit. As soon as I turn my headlights on, it shows that my high beams are on... but they aren't. If I switch to high beams, my headlights will flicker off and on as if it were a strobe light then my left headlight will cut off.
This is all that I know about the problem... any suggestions/help would be very appreciated.

sounds like something is cross wired. and most of the time the halos are connected to the parking light5s not the headlights.

Yes, the halo's were connected to the parking lights. I forgot to mention that sorry.. I couldn't figure it out so I took my car to a shop and they're telling me that they have to put a relay and if that doesn't work then I'm SOL... I find it hard to believe that there is absolutely no way to fix this problem?

there are just not alot of us on here that have put on rice-lights. I will tell you that the with HIDs it is VERY important to solder all of your connections. It may work for a while with a typicial connection but it will eventually fail......

Although I do not qualify them as rice-lights, I won't argue that fact. I am getting black covers on my headlights so in turn, I need brighter headlights. My HID works as it is now, but I do not have fog lights and my brights will not work due to this wiring mess up.
