Default Installing JVC KD-AVX11

Im installing a JVC KD-AVX11 and I bought a wiring harness so I wouldnt have to cut up all the wires under the dash. I sodered everything together before I took the orig stereo out of my car and when I took the old stereeo out I couldnt plug in the the harness for the speakers. I pulled out the Haynes manual to figure out which color wires are for which speaker. The unfortunate thing is that it doesnt tell me which wire is the + and -. If someone could let me know asap it would be very much appreciated.

Well I needed your help but I needed my car last night so I was kinda in a hurry to get everything hooked up. It was the first night It was on the street since december so I was really excited.

You can help me with the DVD part tho. The manual I was lookin at says to hook it up to the + on the e brake so I just hooked it up to a switch I had for the remote wire for my amp when I was running the factory deck. The switch is hooked direct to the battery. I dunno maybe I need to ground the switch too? I never had to with my amp so I dont know.
