Default 460 amp not working and speaker help

I have a 99 cobra with the 460 sound system. I have lost all bass from the stock system. Not that it sounds crappy there is no base. Before when you turned the stereo on you could here the amps fire up then the bass kicked in. Now theres nothing. I assume that theres an fuse or breaker that has gone bad but can seem to find it. I do not have a owners manual so trying to find a blown fuse or fuse box for that matter is a PITA. ANy help would be great.

I am also looking to see what speaker are recomended for replacing the stock ones? Im looking for some thing that will fit in the stock locations.

Thanks for any help.
Jim

yeah the its all stock.. I found a diagram but nothing specifies for the amp? I also looked as best I could and cant find a blown fuse. This was an all at once issue.. never broke up or cut out, just started it one morning and noticed it had no bass.. I have some issues with hearing so I dont run around with it cranked up to much so I dont think i over loaded the amps.. and its both sides.. so I figured Id start with the fuse? Is there a diagram floating around or can any one tell me the power wire for the amps so I can check them.. like i said it seems like they are not kicking on.

See if this helps..... My buddy showed me this when I would help him with his system:

About half way down there is a wiring diagram that you can download.

Yeah.. helped a little But I still cant figure out which wire is the power.. Im not the best at reading those diagrams.. looks to me like it should be a wire??

When I looked at the plug on the amp none were yellow. None seemed larger then normal to make me think they would be the power wire. there was a plug with three wires and one with a bunch more. Ill try to take a pic later tonight or tomorrow

Any more Ideas??

can you use a volt meter or test light to check for power at the amp? We need to know if it has power and is not working or if it doesn't have power.

thats the problem Im having.. According to the diagram there should be 3 wires that look like they should be power. I pulled the plug that had 3 wires and tested them all with a light. 2 did nothing and when I put the light to the 3rd I lost all sound from all the speakers.. I dont remeber the light coming on.. I didnt get to much time to check yesterday due to a sudden monsoon.

Theres only 2 plugs that I can see the one has the 3 wires and the other has a bunch so I figured that was the speaker plug.. Am I missing another plug?

Ok.. may have some more info.. I think I found the 3 power wires from the diagram.. they all seem to test good with a test light. So Im thinking maybe I need to find the ground.. any Ideas about that? is there any way to test the amp's??
