I have had 2 JL Audio 10" WO's and a Coustic 240se amp in my stang for a year and a half now and the sub wired closer to the amp just blew. Isn't that kinda fast for a JL to blow, i thought they were supposed to last a really long time. Well obviously i need to get some thump back in the stang but I'm not sure now if JL is the the way to go. What setup would you guys recommend on a college student budget. I think I want to get one 12" sub and a descent amp without breaking the bank, any help would be appreciated.
