I have a stock deck and stock cd player but i have 460 surround sound, all speakers are playing but i have no bass, im told it is probably the 2 amps i have in back and was wondering

1 - Is that the problem?
2 - Where can I get a replacement?

Wrong section, post this in the Audio/Visual section.

That being said, yes it is probably the amp. I'm sure you can get a replacement through Ford or you can check for some used ones on here or Ebay. Your best bet would be to rip them out and start fresh, the 460 stuff is junk.

yes, check ALL your fuses both under the dash, and under the hood.
