New Head Unit Suggestions

I am new to this forum and i need some help on my mustang.

I want to upgrade my stock 6cd radio on my 08 v6 mustang. I would like to go touch screen and possibly dvd and ipod connector.

Please let me know which might be a good choice for a mustang

I am not sure on proce yet so please just show me some options
