which radar detector is the best bang for your buck. i know that corba advirtises alot but i heard they are not very good. i talked to a circuit city guy and he said that beltronics is the way to go. i dont know what to go with.

beltronics is definatly the way to go

get the rx65 unit, it is amazing, however very pricy

also a Valintine 1 is a great unit as well

I have an Excort Passport 8500 X50 and I would have to say that it's probably the best you can get for the money (I gave a little over $370 for mine at Best Buy with the warranty where I can take it back for any reason) It has saved me several times since I bought it

ya if your buying a radar detector, then get ready to put down sum bill, bc they are NOT CHEAP

You can get a cheap one, but it's like anything else. You get what you pay for.

there is only one...Valentine One...its pricey but worth every penny...it will pay for itself when you get no tickets...

how do these valentine one's hold up against, cops that use the radar that detects your radar detector?? and there fore busting you with one(where it is ilegal where i am)

i really cant help you with that, but i had a beltronics RX65 (about a 400$ unit)

and it has a radar detector JAMMER so no cop can see you using it,

and it worked like a charm for me
