Help: Rear Speakers
Hello all,
I bought my first Mustang (2000 vert) over a month ago and have noticed the speakers didn't sound quite like they should. I decided to check the speakers in the back and noticed that only the tweeters were working. My stang came with an aftermarket HU already installed so I checked the harnesses that were installed behind it and also the fuses underneath the dash. Everything looked fine so I decided to search the back of the car for a problem. As of right now I've taken the seats and side covers off, but I've noticed these two small "connectors" that are located underneath the rear seat. Nothing is connected to them and I have no clue what they are used for. Anyway, I've disconnected the speakers and reconnected a new set...still nothing. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!
Forgot to add that my system is the Mach460.

that connector is probably for the keyless entry programming.
If only the rear subs are out then I would start by checking fuses. No, I do not know which one and it will take less time to check every fuse then it would to try and figure the manual out.

Thanks for the reply ttocs! I've checked all the fuses underneath the hood and dash, none have any problems. After reading through old threads here I decided to check the rear amps. Unfortunately, my passenger side amp is dead. I haven't decided yet what to do...but I'm really considering just bypassing them completely.
