installing bluetooth
not exactly sure what you mean there. A "headset" will program to your phone but not your radio as long as your phone is blue tooth compatible.
If you mean some kind of hands free system then there are a bunch made to connect to any kind of stereo as long as you know how to wire it. I would recomend going to your local car audio retailer to see about having one installed and what they carry.

im talking about the kind that sits on your visor and is hard wired to the back of the HU
EDIT: in particular im speaking of the bluetooth attachment for my new Kenwood 6140

the bluetooth modules that are made to hook up to kenwoods will have nothing more then a mic to place by the driver. There are a number of hands free universal kits that have the speaker built in and that clip onto the visor as well.
You will need to get to the back of the radio and run wire up to the visor, as well as possibly hide a module up in the dash. I don't know your technical ability. If you mess it up it should just sound bad or not work, it shouldn't catch fire........ SHOULDN'T........

on most cars it does just pull off although I do not know what year yours is. On newer cars they may hide part of the airbag system up there. The A-pillar trim is not even really neeeded to be pulled off as you can often just tuck the wire behind it.
yes then the a-pillars do just pull off. As I said you don't really need to and can often just use a flat top screwdriver to help you gently pry it up and tuck it inside. If you do pull it off be carefull that the clips do not catch the wire when you put the cover back on.
