Poly-Fil Help

I have a .72 cubic foot box. The spec calls for .8 but says the min is .5 and max 1. Do I really need to add any polyfill to my box? If so, how much will help?

From:

you are fairly well in the middle of its requried space. Hook it up and if you want a little more low extension then try stuffin the box.

Ok sounds good. How much would you recommend, though? I have a 16oz bag that looks as big as a small pillow (1lb)
