help me please..fast
This actually happened to me once and I was getting very nervous, but after probably 10-15 minutes it magically came back to life and started pumping out cool air. I think it was when I disconnected the battery while installing motor mounts, but I can't quite remember.
If it doesn't come back on it's own, I'd start checking fuses. If all you did was disconnect/reconnect the shaker, then it has to be electrical in nature.
EDIT: Actually, I misread. Mine wasn't COOLing the air, but the volume of air was fine. My bad; read too quickly.
Does it affect all vents or just certain ones? Can you hear the fan change speeds?
I'm still thinking fuses...

Yeah, loose connection is probably right. I'm not sure what you mean by the "lower left one". Lower left...what? Is it possible that you didn't fully connect the wiring harness/plug that connects to the fan control?
