Can factory radio be replaced in 2013?

http://crutchfield.com "outfit my car" use 2012 should 13' be too new for it to list. Then verify with a tech that this is indeed viable. Pretty sure it is, as I don't think there have been any even minor changes since the 2011's, but just in case..
The 2010+ need the center molding completely replaced. So it is rather expensive($300 on it's own), and only 2 choices exist. Metra and scosche's offerings. You can retain Sync, but if you got satellite or nav options you will lose them. There is no 1 all encompassing kit, it will require the dash kit, an antenna adapter, and a wiring harness. The metra one, you can get the SYNC one(wiring harness) which will retain SYNC operation, and display it on their screen. The scosche one has no such offering that I've seen. You could use metra's SYNC harness with it and retain it, but you would not be able to display/control it from the LCD screen on their dash kit that I know of.
IOW, expect just the supporting dash-kit, wiring harness, and adapter to run you around $450. This is before you buy the head-unit. Each company's recent offering, link, and video of operation linked below:

You can of course get some, if not all, harnesses, dash kit, head-unit itself, etc likely cheaper elsewhere, such as http://sonicelectronix.com. However, the few extra bucks paid for crutchfield, if you don't do this much, will be more than worth the extra price-tag due to the extra documentation, and overall support you will receive from them.

Not worth it to me, I have looked into it all. This is the one thing they screwed us over on. The older models fit a double din perfectly and left the climate controls alone.
Hopefully they will come out with something sooner then later that is a good price and looks good but for now im sticking with stock
