hey guys. had this set up for a few months now. not rly happy with the sound though. my friend mentioned that i might have the wrong combo of components? so i ask do these go together?

how is it hooked up, how did u connect to ur radio

is the sub wired in series or parallel

the sub is wired to run 2 ohms. its conected to the stock mach 460 system using a line out converter

make sure your grabbing the sub signal or your feeding a mid/full range signal to your sub and it will not sound good at all.

300 watts on a 12 is a little low but it could be made to work. The other problem I would suspect is that after displacement of the woofer the box only has a little over .6 cu ft which is also a little small for a 12 and kickers tend to like a big box.

You could probably improve the signal a little with a new deck.
