I have a 00 gt vert with a panasonic deck cq-c8303u with a scosche adapter oea-4a. And I have a short somewhere in the fuse 27 wiring which is the fuse for the speakers.. I was wondering if there was a wiring diagram to show what needs to go where to bypass everything and to just cutout all the mach wiring?

 

no need to cut anything. Is the fuse for the amps or the deck, the speakers have no fuse.? Was there a black wire with a white stripe on the hrns you bought for the amplifier ground?
