I am looking to put a new sound system into the showrides car. This is what I am thinking of going with so far. First off i will dynomat the entire thing for good sq. For subs i will go with 2 12 inch brahmas from adire. I know for amps i am going to go with all cadence stuff. What I need some suggestions on are components and a head unit. I want everything to be top of the line. Let me know what you guys think the best setup will be.

Also, let me know what you think of the subs. I could always go with 3 10's or 1 15 inch brahma. I just want something that will be amazing.

First of all, what year is it? I would go with the Pioneer Avic N2 (or the N1 if you're lucky enough to find one) for the head unit. As far as suggestions for components, I'll wait until I know what year you have.

 

I have a 2000 with a mach460 in it. I will rip the entire mach out when i start to work on the system.

I used the blaupunkt components mainly due to price.

If money is not a problem I'd go with the Boston Acoustics pro 50 components if you want components. Get kick pods and put them in the floor boards. Put a second set in the rear deck for filler. These will make you happy especially if you have your subs kicking!

Well i will be selling all of the new line of Adire subwoofers. So the winner can have their choice of any of the new brahma subwoofers. They come in 10, 12 and 15 inch sizes. Once adires gets us the new pictures and specs i will put them up.

 

I would stick with the rear fills - that way you won't have all your bass coming from behind and all your mids and highs coming from the front. It will balance out your soundfield.

haha good luck getting the brahma. I am an adire deal You are correct though. They are coming out with an entire new line of subs. They just moved their company so that is why everything is taking so long. They told me in about a month they should be ready to ship them out. I already have the power handling specs for the new subs and they should be sending out the first pictures of their new line very soon. I can't wait! I just figured I would decide what I want now so when it all comes out I will just have to buy it.
