there is no need to rip it all out. I would start with the deck and I show how on page 2 of my cardomain page. AFter that you can replace speakers, add amps, ect......

I want an auxillary plug and i heard that the speakers dont sound as good with an aftermarket head unit. I just wanna fancy it up.

they can sound worse or they can sound better. With a little tweeking you can make the mach system sound suprisingly not bad(also not good) if you do not have the money to upgrade the speakers right now.
