Default cost of install

i'm looking at getting 4 pioneer speakers, a new HU, 2 alpine type r or pioneer premier subs, a 2 channel amp for the subs, and a 4 channel amp for the speakers.

if i get it professionally installed and get a sub box made about how much am i looking at in cost?

it depends on the shop you go to, if you get the equipment from them and what kind of box you want build but I would imagine a minimum of $3-350...

yeah, what i'll be getting myself is the speakers, subs, amps, and HU. so it'd be $300 for everything else...

...damn looks like i'll be doing it myself.

time to do some research and figure all that **** out haha.

lol is he gonna install something in that video? He put a power wire on the battery terminal lol. Bad setup all around but yeah, there has to be some "good" install vids on there somewhere.

Why is that bad?And there are more parts?That is how I plan on doing mine but a little better wire placement.

How is it not bad? lol He didn't install anything at all. Just showed how poorly he ran his power wire and connected one end to the battery...

Edit..Just saw he has more vids lol. I was confused a bit there just watching the 1st vid. He could have run the power through the grommet on the firewall instead of pulling it out, not sure why he did that. Or why he didn't run it on the drivers side instead of over the motor. But yeah the install itself is fine.

Yeah I was scared to death to do one on my own but now I have one and so does my brother..Just make sure you wire your amp right..And if you have any questiosn just call Crutchfield or Sonic Electronics and they can help.
