Default double din in 2010

So I searched and found an adapter on crutchfield
http://www.crutchfield.com/p_1209958...h=2010+mustang
i dont like it, I want the head unit at the top and I wanna keep my ac controls at the bottom. So I was thinkin I saw in the ones that come with nav the trim that would work. Will it work? U know maybe that nav id a double din, and I could buy the trim from ford and get my avic z3 in there?
