Default 07 gt, underseat speakers

On my 07 the stock stereo was removed and replaced with an alpine system. From what I understand some mustangs had speakers under the rear seats! I lifted the seats and sure enough ther are wires going under there where the round rubber seals are. about 8 inches in diameter, My 05 only had the shaker 500 and did not have these wires...

are they subs?

never heard of speakers under rear seats on any s197's. You sure its not the wiring for the fuel pump

Cheked mine out and sure enough it is the tank wires. I think the difference is the gauges. On my 05 I only had the four gauge cluster ,o my color etc so it uses a different sending unit.
