Sync Voice Recognition Confused
The Sync in my 2011 NAV Mustang is confused.
My voice and my articulation are spot-on, but all of a sudden when I state a name to dial, it calls someone totally different.
It used to work okay, all of a sudden now it doesn't work okay.
It happened once before and I yanked / replaced my phone battery and it eventually started to work okay. Not this time.
My NAV has been reset to factory defaults, also no effect.
It doesn't work standing still, so road noise is not the issue.
How do I get the voice recognition restored?

The problem was easy to fix.
The NAV screen has another menu option, under the Restore Factory Defaults selection.
The option for Master Reset resolved the problem.
The phone needed to be paired again.
The voice recognition is restored back to normal operation.
