i was looking on amazon at both of these and was wondering if i should get them now or do you think better prices will come along. i can swing spending this much money right now, but would rather not bother if i could get a better deal. thanks for your input!

i bought like all my xmas **** off amazon this year... sometimes its just hard to say no. Those are both good deals, but idk why you wouldnt cop the 10 bucks for the 4200. decks usually vary the least price-wise from vendor to vendor (vs speakers, amps, etc)

I get my decks from woofersetc or crutchfield, and thats where i compare pricing as well. Ive never had a warranty as good as woofers provides.

I normally get a 'good' one in the 3-500 range; Just got a 2000$ kenwood doubledin for my gfs 04 v6 for 500$ (garmin nav, bluetooth, all the neat crap). I prefer a deck thats tunable and clean looking, but i never use anything but mp3 CDs/Pandora radio->iphone so I dont look much at stuff like that.

I just bought the 3200DVD for $259 from here http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...-P3200DVD.html comes with dash kit and wiring harness. Not sure if you care about the BT or not but this was the cheapest i saw plus with the install package was a good deal IMO.

I just put an Alpine iDA-X305SBT/Pandora.
This deck is nice if you have an Iphone.
