Its not too good to be true its just wire but its CHEAP wire. The wire takes on a big part cuz it makes the amp. I got fosgate wiring and my setup sounds great! Heres my new setup

lol--don't believe the hype----4ga wire is 4ga wire. now i will atest that some companies use false claims and use a thicker coating and less wire inside but audiopipe is decent stuff. i would not hesitate to use it---but you can get 4ga kits at wally world for about $20

Yeah don't buy into the hype - copper is copper (make sure its oxygen free though) - and make sure the guage is big enough and that the jacket can withstand the current.

Not all 4 awg is the same there are hundreds of different types of insulation and different strands, like i would not reccomend going to home depot and getting #4 solid THHN and using that for your car. I would always prefer the more strands like anaconda cable. But #4 is #4 when it comes to amperage it can carry.

as far as stranded wiring goes, like the examples given above, 4ga is 4ga, not sense buying 100 dollar amp kits (which there really is) when $20 will get you the same thing. my wording was off.

Disagree - read more audio literature. 20 dollars shouldn't even cover decent RCA cables....

i've been installing car audio for more than 16 years, i believe my experiences rather than propaganda. any set of shielded rca's will suffice.

Operative term - "suffice". All offense aside, that has GOT to be one of the most ignorant statements I've heard.
