Default 09 trunk sub enclosure help needed

Hey all,

I just got my 09 red mustang this Saturday 4/16 and I love it. It just needs a bit more bump. I read through about 25 pages of forums here and used up all my googlefu before posting so I apologize if this has already been covered in depth. I bought 2 JL Audio W0v-2s off and a Rockford Fosgate T5000-1BD amp, along with a box off my buddy however the box won't fit in the trunk. =( fail.

I have been doing a lot of research and so far I've found these two options for a sub box.

http://www.amazon.com/MTX-Thunderfor.../dp/B0035RNMTG

http://www.zenclosures.com/2005_Up_M...stangtype1.htm

I REALLY like the look of the MTX thunderform ones but at upwards of $250 a box they are a bit out of my price range, and I can only find the passenger side one and not it's driver side match.

The idea of putting my subs behind the tail lights is really appealing and seems to look cleaner. I just cannot find any other options than the single passenger MTX one.

Does anyone have any info or places I can look to find similar not quite so pricey sub boxes like these? Or just 09 compatible mustang sub enclosures in general? Thanks in advance.

you could look at the bassforms, they should be cheaper then the MTX

Suggestion: If you want your subs to sound their absolute best, look for the funky little technical data on them and then look for a program called WINisd. Using the data you input, it will tell you how big the box should be, and whether it should be ported or what.

It will make a HUGE difference in how your subs sound!
