Does any body else own this speaker? I have gone through 3 in the past 5 months. Has anybody else had issues with thus speaker as well?

I would recommend getting a different one when the warranty expires.

what amp are you pushin it with, and how are the gain adjustments on it(bass boost ect). If you are just running it off of the factory power then you know your problem.

Ok my amp is running 800 watts at 2ohms int speaker is 750 RMS. Hope this helps

I never had good luck with square subs. I ran a 12" L5 then later a L7 only to have issues. Every time I had problems, it was usually adhesive failure at the corners where the surround would detach from the cone.

Also, that extra 50 watts RMS shouldn't be what is doing them in unless there is a problem with your settings be it gain or bass boost. I ran 1,000 watts RMS to a Digital Designs 1010 sub for about a year, and it survived. My sister is using it in her car.
