Default RE: custom set up

i think the 12's offer better bass because it is deeper. depends on how much you want to spend. kicker seems good and jl and mtx are supposed to be good. i even thought my $25 (1/2 off) 10 did pretty good in my 65 mustang. but when i put in in my hatchback i can hear the cone vibrating cus there is nothing inbetween. carpet might help dampen the sound a little but i dont know. i like the set up my car came with. everything is built into the floor in the back. where the spare tire is sits the two 12's because it kind of acts like a box. and the amps and the crossover are also built into the flow and everything is covered so you can still lay stuff in the trunk.
