Need help!
I am new to car audio but I have done my homework and everything is up and running great! Now I am trying to make everything look good. I am trying to figure out how to attach the front "beauty board" to hide the box and make it look built in.
I am trying to hide all of the screws and cover it with carpet before I install it.
Any ideas?

I have done this before by mounting the box first, and then using screws from the inside of the box to the board with a tool called a scew-driver(no R), and then mounting the sub.
Another option would be dowel rods Which I use often in my builds and in my current build. Have yourself or someone else hold the board in place and drill a 1/4" hold through the cover board and not all they way through the enclosure(say 1/2" into a 3/4" thick board). Now take a 1/4" dowel and stick it into the holes, and then do it again 2-3-4 times till it will hold. A small piece of 3m double stick tape in some key spots will hold it tight and still allow you to pop it off later by inserting some type of pry tool.
Here is where I am with my current build molding 9" woofers into the doors. If you look closely and read you will see alot of dowels. Also if you look at alot of fine furniture you will see either these or buscuits - They give a VERY secure hold with some glue and show no fasteners.
