Hi there!

I'm totally new with this stuff, maybe there is somebody who can help me.

I have a 2011 GT Permium with Sync (firmware 3.1- no navigation or touchscreen) and an Apple IPod Classic (160 GB - latest firmware).
The issue: when I connect the IPod to USB port, everything seems to be fine. The Sync has indexed the IPod without any problems (the female voice said...).
I can see my playlists on the Sync and I can play them without any problems.
But the Sync can't see any albums or artists on the device... I can play or search only the songs which are inserted inside a playlist. I used Sync My Itunes but it didn't solve the problem...

Can You advise me any information to solve this issue?

 

Hmmm, from what I've heard and read; Sync doesn't play very nice with iPods or iPhones.. (Microsoft vs Apple).. I have no problems with my Zune on it, besides the intermittent no connection and stuff.
