Default Component system upgrade dilemma

Ok guys so I want to upgrade to a component system for my front stage but I need some help deciding on what set to purchase. IMHO these are what I've narrowed my searches down to
Alpine sps 610c or spr 60c
Pioneer ts-d1720
Jl audio c2 650
(Also open to any suggestions)
I've read so many positive and negative reviews over the past week that I don't know what to believe anymore so if anyone can help point me to a decent set for sound quality I'd be very grateful

I'm a pioneer guy for head units, it's a single din, but I love it, especially when I put the satellite on mine. The only problem I have with the aftermarket receivers is they seem a little more prone to interference than say the ones that come factory on the car.

See - pretty sure he's talking about component speaker sets (woofer/tweeter with a crossover box), not head units.

I don't think you can go wrong with the Alpine setup. Don't forget to check out Infiniti component sets as well. Although their efficiency is usually a little lower than the rest, the MB Quart I've had in the past sounded great. Not sure about them nowadays.

While I do have to agree with you on pioneer headunits having a p2400bt myself :P I did mean speakers. Thanks John i actually have had my eye on a MB Quart ONX2.100 and it's good to here that they have a good reputation. I did just stumble upon the infinity kappas 60.9cs system and my debate has reopened Becusse there are virtually no bad reviews on them and the're a trusted brand.
