Why not go with an MTX thunderform enclosure? http://www.crutchfield.com/p_236FMUS...underForm.html
It fits much nicer, looks stock, and also comes amplified. It's a little more money but it does look much nicer, not just something you threw in the back of your trunk. I have one of the thunderform enclosures in my truck with a 10in sub and it sounds awesome.
