Are you using Timur's USBRom? If so then you don't have to use Tasker for the power, radio and screen stuff... it does it automatically. But you have to turn on FI Mode and Landscape Mode in the USB Host settings. You also have to be using the OTG cable.

Yeah, maybe the OTG activates a bunch of stuff in USB ROM. Most of my testing with the tablet was just plugged in AC. That would explain why I felt like that was supposed to happen automatically but then it didn't, hah.

you dont use the OTG cable?
what do you use for audio? the 3.5mm plug?

Well, I meant I don't have mine done and installed yet. So far most of my testing has been with it plugged straight in. I know USB OTG works so no need to test that, which is why I might not have seen the standby screen yet if it only works with USB OTG.
