It is one of those nut clips on the back, and there is a matching bolt on the other side... but I would bet that it is used for the shaker subs as well.

yeah, I was bass-ackwards. the weld nuts are in the trunk floor. I really should get around to installing the shaker 1000 parts into my car.

anyone know a better term than nut clip? I'm sure there is a more professional sounding, and more accurate way of saying it lol
