Default car alarm question

I am putting an alarm on my convert in a month or so and I have a question. I am getting an alarm with a kill start, proximity alarm for the vert when the top is down, and so on. The remote is a 4 channel remote, but I am only going to use 3 of them. I will have automatic locks and trunk pop with the alarm and 1 free channel. I have a 5-speed so I refuse to put a remote start on it because of the dangers associated. Does anyone have any suggestions on what the 4th channel could be used for. I would love to be able to raise and lower the top with it, but I don't think that would be possible because of the locking clips in the roof. Anyone have any suggestions on how to use the 4th channel?

You could use it to control any thing electrical in the car. I would say if it is a good alarm system, and you can set the channel to a timer, connect it to your headlights, and you could use it to light the way at night. you could also use it to wire up to some neon lights, or honk the horn. You could also use it to do motorization of an amp rack, or something creative. Does your car have an electric gas door pop? Those are a couple of other ideas.
