Default Help on putting sub box in trunk

How do you get the box into the trunk. I have a 99 GT. I tried to remove the thing behind the back seats to put it in that way but i couldn't get it off. so any advice would be appreciated.

What kind of box are you talking about? I somehow got a 2-12" box in through my trunk. I took the spare out and manuvered it in. If you want to take out that bracket to give yourself more clearance if your going to put it in from the inside...
1) There are two pins that areconnecting the "***" part of your seat to the body of the car take two screwdrivers and slide them on both sides of each of these pins and pry up on the seat you can find the pins but running your fingers along where the seat and the carpet meet or by lifting it and seeing where it doesn't flex.
2) Once you do that the "***" part of the seat should pull right out from what I remember, then there will be only 4-6 bolts holding in the bracket and the "back" part of the seat and that will come right out as well.
3) Slide your box in and re-assemble. This will be a trick if someone ever tries to pull your box out of your car without disassembling the thing the way you had to.
