Honestly we have had HUNDREDS of customers and just right now only heard of them falling off ONE TIME. I still have yet to get the details on how that happened at a car wash, but a high pressure wash obviously isn't good, perhaps they didn't seal well (but it was only one of them as well)...either than that YEARS of happy customers.
As for wear and tear...they will hold up GREAT...just take care of them as you would anything else. I have had mine for YEARS and they still look BRAND NEW and I have a daily driver!

96-04 have a 281cubic inch engine..anyone says otherwise doesn't know mustangs
