Default 2001 Bullitt Mustangs

Helloa all. New to the site and was wondering if you Bullitt owners can give me some feedback on what type of fuel you run in your cars and if there have been any major problems with them. I am selling my 89 GT and am looking to purchase a 2001 Bullitt. Black on Black is very hard to come by I see. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

I just use 86 or 87 unless I'm going to the track and then I get the higher octane. I get desent fuel mileage on the lower octane for normal driving though

I have a custom 93 octane tune, mine requires premium. Before the tune I put in regular and it ran fine, after all it is designed to run on regular from the factory.

not a bullitt ^ black is more rare than the green, and blue is the rarest of the bunch.

here, ill give you a shot of my Bullitt on the side. I realize they are after market rims, but look beyond that. All styling on the exterior is stock: Bigger brakes, Red calipers with white ponies in the center of the caliper. The gas cap is different, no wing on the trunk, the rocker panels beneath the door are different, The fake intake next to the door is different(made to resemble the 1968). On the second picture, this is what you should see on trunk drivers side instead of "GT". Also, the third picture, you should have a sticker like this on your drivers side strut tower in the engine. This is just exterior, and not even other technical differences. I hate to say it, but it looks like your car is NOT a Bullitt.
