Hey guys, winters almost over and iv been itching to get out the toy. I have been saving for a bit and i am looking for a shop to paint and do some tune up , light engine mod work on my 87 GT. Im only 18 and my girlfriend would kill me if i spent too much on my car haha, so im looking to spend around 2000. Does anyone know of a good paint and engine shop. Thanks for the help.

just outside the town where i am theres a mustang only shop called mustang specialteaz, its on a road called trafalger road, i can get you the exact adress if you want. i go there for all the mustang stuff ive had to do so far

If you tell me the area you live in, I might have some ideas for you.

 

I live in the country inbetween Hamilton and Cambridge. So anywhere near hamilton, kitchener, guelph, milton, ancaster, cambridge is great, im looking for a paintjob, with minor body work. Thanks alot

hey i live im hamilton ontario. 2 shops i know of that do some good work are

ABC auto (a little expensive tho)

and the shop i got my car painted at

ASC auto ---> reallly nice guys and did a great job on my car.

 

I hear about this place in Milton on Trafalgar Rd, same place Steve was talking about in an earlier post. I havent been there yet but i want to stop by when i get a chance.

i have a83 4cyl turbo efi t top that i am doing.there is a couple mustang shops in mlton and around brampton

 

I'm sure sometime within the last 5 years he has been able to track down a shop
