A good little meal is Greek yogurt, honey, chopped pecans, and apple slices. It's part of the Insanity diet that I did when on that program and it was one of my favorites. Just mix them all together. Might be a good way to get in some honey.

I was driving to work this morning going down I-85 in concord and a GT zooms up beside me
and races his engine at me then zooms past me. I was in my usual comatose state and it scared the crap out of me. LOL!!! Nice sounding ride though.

Donald...I know we started this in another thread but...My friend is checking with some other people trying to find your Falcon doors. I had no idea that the 70 1/2 Falcon is a Torino with a post. Everything I read says the Falcon and Torino doors are not interchangeable. I guess that's because it has the post?
